Our Mission
Our mission is for the village hall to be at the Centre of the Community in Horton and Chalbury, providing a local meeting place and venue for social groups, church groups, businesses, schools and private individuals.
Making this mission reality
Horton and Chalbury Village Hall is a registered charity with the objective to provide the community of Horton and Chalbury with a place to call their own; to hold meetings, lectures, classes, parties and other forms of entertainment, including film shows, musical and theatrical performances and some sports activities. This is done without distinction of race, politics, religion or any other opinions.
We have built a modern and functional village hall for the Horton and Chalbury communities, but we welcome people outside the villages of Horton and Chalbury to book the hall and help us to maintain this great facility for all to enjoy.
